Job description:
To act as an ambassador for the business, and promote its products.
To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using self-generated data or provided data.
To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
To convert the calls to new business leads and achieve agreed personal & departmental targets captured from calling data provided.
To inform potential client's on the company’s products and services.
To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
To deal with telephone queries, build relationships with existing clients.
Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
